I set up and run GoHighLevel systems and n8n automations for real businesses. I've personally managed 11,000+ leads across multiple client accounts. I know what breaks, why it breaks, and how to build it so it doesn't.
I started in GHL because a client needed their entire migration business automated — lead capture, follow-ups, appointment booking, WhatsApp sequences, the works. I built it. Then they referred me to another client. Then another.
Since then I've managed over 11,000 opportunities across accounts in migration consulting, education, and healthcare. I've built more than 50 automation workflows — some simple, some with 100+ nodes across 4 connected phases.
I also build in n8n when GHL hits its limits — especially for AI integrations, document processing, and multi-system pipelines. My background in Data Science means I understand what the AI nodes are actually doing.
Most of my clients have been with me for over a year. I don't just deliver and disappear.
Tools I use every week — not a list padded to look impressive.

This is the account I manage day-to-day. 11,000+ opportunities across multiple pipelines. I built every stage, every automation trigger, and every sub-account — then kept improving it as the business grew.
These workflows keep the business running without a full-time team chasing leads. Eligibility checks, WhatsApp follow-ups, pipeline moves — all happening automatically based on what each lead does or doesn't do.
The client was drowning in DMs across Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and their website chat. I set up a GHL AI agent that handles the first response on all of them, qualifies the lead, then hands off to the human team only when it's ready.
GHL's native chatbot and pipeline don't talk to each other the way this client needed. I built an n8n workflow that sits in the middle — reads the chatbot conversation, uses AI to assess qualification, then updates GHL automatically.
My university work in Data Science — this is what gives me the depth behind the automation work.
If you're dealing with manual follow-ups, disorganised leads, or a GHL system that half-works — message me. I'll tell you straight whether I can fix it.
